Thermal and hydraulic design

Project specific design based on operating parameters such as heat to be dissipated, water flow rate, inlet and outlet temperatures, and allowable pressure drop. The objective is stable cooling performance with safe flow velocities and long service life.

Material selection

Selection of suitable materials for tubes, tubesheets and headers based on operating conditions and water quality parameters.

Pressure and leak testing

Hydrostatic pressure testing to verify mechanical strength and tightness of the cooler. Particular focus is placed on tubesheets, headers, welds and all pressure retaining components.

Quality control and documentation

Dimensional inspection, verification of manufacturing quality, and preparation of technical documentation such as drawings, material certificates and test reports. Additional inspections or ITP requirements can be implemented if requested.

Final inspection and delivery

Final inspection prior to shipment. Customer inspection or third party inspection can be arranged if required.
